Overview

• Invest alongside me in a business angels syndicate based in Switzerland. The syndicate is open to qualified investors. The goal is to invest in post-revenue technology-led start-ups in Switzerland and abroad. The main focus sectors: FinTech, InsurTech, ICT, EdTech, SportsTech and then any other Tech-led businesses.

Investment philosophy

• I believe that investments in start-ups show be part of a portfolio of a qualified investor. Why? Start-ups have great potential to create and benefit from innovation, disrupt markets and businesses and create value for investors. They are key for our economic growth. I have been in contact with and look for founders of businesses that meet the following criteria:

  • Outstanding team with complementary skills - diversity

  • Large and growing total addressable market - international ambitions

  • Unique competitive advantage that can be sustained

  • Potential and ambition to scale

  • High potential profitability

  • Evidence of product-market fit: i.e., post-revenue

Business angels

• Qualified investors according to Swiss law. Your involvement can range from investing only to providing expertise to portfolio companies. There will be networking opportunities for business angels members.

Key terms

• No management or membership fees. Carry 20% over 15% return p.a. CHF 5k minimum per deal. No commitment to investing now. Separate angels’ agreements per deal.
